İGSAŞ, which develops its products and services with a customer-oriented approach, continues to crown its applications implemented with this approach with awards. At the CX Awards, the first and only platform where Turkey's most successful customer experience projects are awarded, İGSAŞ was deemed worthy of the “Inspirational Experience Special Award” in the field of agriculture in the B2B Customer Experience category with its mobile application. Held for the 6th time on January 11 at the Sait Halim Paşa Mansion, the CX Awards award ceremony was attended by İGSAŞ General Manager İlkay Ünal, İGSAŞ Sales and Marketing Director Vedat Altınok and İGSAŞ Customer Experience Manager Ertuğrul Aktaş.

Expressing their great happiness to be deemed worthy of an award by the CX Awards, İlkay Ünal, General Manager of İGSAŞ, said: “I am very happy to see that our mobile application, which we developed for our customers to reach us faster and establish a healthier communication, has proven its success in the field of customer experience.
