The Holding offers a wide range of production operations and services across eight different industries, namely forest products, fertilizer industry, iron and steel, port management, maritime transport, energy, chemistry and insurance. FERTILIZER

Istanbul Fertilizer Industry Inc. İGSAŞ, established in 1971 at one of the most strategic points of the Marmara Region.

IRON AND STEEL

Yıldız Demir Çelik continues its production to meet the domestic demand for flat steel needed by the Turkish industry and to support the reduction of the current account deficit by reducing imports.

PORT MANAGEMENT

Our facilities, which have become one of the largest ports in the Gulf, meet the expectations of both our affiliates and third parties.

CHEMICALS

Our glue facilities, which comply with Yıldızlar Yatırım Holding’s continuous and sustainable growth strategy, are located in Turkey's leading Kocaeli and in Romania.

LOGISTICS

Another investment complementing Yıldızlar Yatırım Holding is the realization of sea transportation with its own fleet.

FOREST PRODUCTS

Yıldız Entegre, which started with timber trading in Trabzon in 1890, successfully carried forward its experiences with the institutionalization move in 1982, becoming a global player in the forest products sector.

Founded in 2003 to carry out insurance procedure of the group companies operating under the roof of our holding and to keep track of the relevant processes, IGSAS Sigorta ve Aracilik Hizmetleri A.S. offers insurance services for corporate and real bodies that are seeking for the best.

Yıldız Entegre, the flagship of Yıldızlar Yatırım Holding, exports to more than 80 countries as the leading brand in the forest products sector. It bolsters the Turkish economy and reinforces its presence in the global market with this success.

İGSAŞ, which joined the Holding in 2004, is Türkiye’s first and only urea producer, producing high value-added fertilizers for Turkish agriculture and industry.

Yıldız Demir Çelik, a young and dynamic player in the iron and steel industry, has been continuing its activities in the industry since 2018. Meeting Türkiye’s flat steel demand, the company makes significant contributions to the industry by supplying raw materials to critical sectors such as home appliances, automotive, panel radiators and packaging. Yıldız Demir Çelik, the first company in the industry to introduce a customer experience department, stands out with its distinctive service approach.
