  • Kütahya Azot factory was established.
1971
  • İstanbul Gübre Sanayi A.Ş. (İGSAŞ) was established as a public institution in the Körfez district of Kocaeli.
2004
  • İGSAŞ was purchased by Yıldızlar Yatırım Holding A.Ş. within the scope of privatization on 18.03.2004.
  • Kütahya Azot Factory was purchased from privatization.
  • Samsun warehouse became operational.
2007
  • The 34.5% N (Nitrogen) Prilled Porous Ammonium Nitrate (PPAN) Production Unit was put into operation at the İGSAŞ Facility.
2008
  • İGSAŞ Kütahya Dilute Nitric Acid Plant deNOx facility was established.
  • İzmir Aliağa warehouse became operational.
2012
  • Modernization and expansion works were carried out at İGSAŞ Port, and the ship capacity was increased to 8.
  • Kütahya Fertilizer Plant chimney washing system was established.
2015
  • Production and sales of İGSAŞ Blue started at İGSAŞ Kocaeli Facility.
  • Capacity increase was made for the İGSAŞ Blue unit at İGSAŞ Samsun Facility.
2016
  • Investment in a 50,000 ton/year capacity potassium nitrate and 115,500 ton/year capacity dilute nitric acid plant started.
  • Antalya warehouse became operational.
2017
  • Completed the investment in Antalya Special Fertilizer Plant.
  • Tekirdağ warehouse became operational.
2018
  • Obtained the AEO Certificate.
  • Completed the investments in Potassium Nitrate and Ammonium Chloride Plants at İGSAŞ Kütahya Facility.
  • Activated the R&D Center at İGSAŞ Kütahya Facility.
  • 2nd Nitric Acid Plant Investment.
2019
  • Completed the Steam Boiler Investment
2020
  • Renewal of the Ammonia Combustion Reactors and Circulation Systems of the Nitric Acid Plant
  • Complete Renewal of the Turbine-Compressor System
  • Renewal of the Cooling Tower of the Nitric Acid Plant
  • Renewal of the Fertilizer Cooler System
  • Modernization Investment in the Turbo Compressor, Automation, and Anti-surge System
2021
  • Obtained the TSE Covid-19 Safe Production Certificate at İGSAŞ Kütahya and Kocaeli Facilities.
  • Updated systems to provide faster service to our customers with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Increased the capacity of aqueous ammonia at İGSAŞ Kocaeli Facility.
  • Invested in an Organomineral and compound production plant in Samsun.
  • Invested in a Special Fertilizer production plant in Antalya.
2023
  • Investment decision in Hatay was made.
2024
  • Samsun investment was commissioned.
