It is a white-coloured, finely crystalline compound fertilizer and contains 13% nitrate nitrogen, 15% calcium (CaO) and 6% magnesium (MgO). It is obtained by reacting ground dolomitic limestone with nitric acid. Since it is completely soluble in water, in addition to classical uses, it can be applied to the soil with drip/sprinkler/underground infiltration irrigation and to the leaves with a sprayer.
